Jovi singing Bob Dylan in Japan

...at least I think it was in Japan. This was a concert with a bunch of other artists that was broadcast on British TV around the time of Keep The Faith. I used to have it on video but can't find the goddam thing. I can't remember which Dylan track that Jovi sang and its bugging me! Can anyone out there let me know? Also, can any of you remember who else played on the bill. I think INXS were up there at some point, Bob Dylan definitely was...There was a big medley at the end. Any more info would be appreciated.
