I just wanted to know if there's going to be a single released for this album?
The album doesn't get any airplay at all.

Did you look at ebay.com? I think, there are some (ok a little bit expensive)

The single is also on the German site of amazon (they ship worldwide):

it is DEFFINATELY not released in the UK, or hasnt been so far.

My local record store couldn't get it, so I ordered it from Amazon on Monday and it arrived today
