I never liked the song too but guess thats cause it was so overplaid in 94 that I got sick of it. I know Jon says it`s about stalking still I dont hear that in the lyrics

And that's what you're basing your point on, fine if you don't like it, just search the facts a bit more.

Unrequited(sp?) love is always a good theme for songs, and this one's no exception, I personally have never seen or interpreted the songs as a stalker type of song, but I guess that's what art is all about then right?

Yes Jon's explanation did make it onto the DVD. As far as the song goes it is one of my all time faves... especially the Live from London version... I never get sick of hearing that version. 7 minutes and 18 seconds of pure heaven..

I wasn't basing it on the video, i came to this conclusion before even seeing the video, and whether the vidoe tells the same story or no it concluded it for me!!!!

I didn't try to make you look like anything, Ryan.

On the one occasion I've heard the stalker bit, Jon seemed to be joking. Don't know about other times. However, the song might have been written based on a stalker, but the lyrics by themselves are like those of any other love song. If you still think they're about a stalker after reading them, then every single love song out there is about a stalker too.

I understand what you are saying but when you look at it with another point of view, there's definently a severe infatuation beyond any crush. "I will love you, baby... Always.. I'll be there till the stars don't shine." I mean... I can't definently see this issue within those lines! As for what I said above. I was joking Keeper!

I like the song, it's completely over the top and pretty cheesy, but it's catchy and fun. Lyrics? If I paid too much attention to that with BJ, how could I listen to stuff like BTBMB or Prayer?
