Default Just Wondering...

I was just wondering...why do the U.S. releases of Bon Jovi CDs never have any bonus tracks on them? I really like songs like No Regrets and Save a Prayer, but I'm pretty sure these didn't appear on the U.S. releases of the CDs. I was just curious.

Bonus tracks are a business element of the music industry. The presence of bonus material distinguishes the CDs released in different markets from one another. In Japan, for instance, CDs are very expensive and imports from the USA could be sold cheaper, but they would hurt the profit for the Japanese part of the record label. It's all a business issue and has nothing to do with rewarding one area or slighting another.

Yup,...Becky's right. It has connection with music business/industry.
I thougt it was a strategy of marketing, to give some bonus to their customer/fans. With hope they can sell it large of number....
