well tbh it was a bad review, but they didnt slate them as much as you lot are making out, it got 3 out of 5...aint that bad

Kerrang isn't what it used to be by a long stretch, it's full of flavour of the month emo bands. Where's the metal gone!?

As for Jovi, they clearly don't have a clue.
I remember around the time of the HAND album released they did a 'where to start with... Bon Jovi' feature, listing the best tracks to download and the pick of the albums. They gave 'These Days' the title of album to avoid, heavily slating it and comparing it to Simple Minds. Wankers.

I don't pay attention to Kerrang! the magazine or the channel anymore. Like JerseyBoyUK said, it's basically full of flavour of the month emo bands. Kinda like the rock equivalent to Smash Hits magazine.

Then again, Kerrang! do still have respect for Bon Jovi even today.
