This leads me to a point i've always wondered - why the biggest reactions to songs at a show are always to the singles even though real fans must be aware of the larger body of work. Yes, there are 'casual' fans at the shows, but come on, they MUST have more than just the Cross Road album. I've been at gigs where people appear not to be familiar with the likes of Blood on Blood and These Days. It annoys me that 'Bad name' always goes down so well, and if Richie sings 'Stranger..' its a mass toilet break.
Jon shouldnt be afraid of playing more album tracks as such a huge fanbase implies that people buy all/sveral of their albums (not just Slippery and Cross Road) and hence should know all their work. Sadly this is not the case, and I think there are fewer true so-called Die Hards out there than we would like to think.
