Though I don't care for the song, I can almost understand what you mean about BOF. I totally don't see that with Wildflower though. Sounds like just another rendition of Misunderstood to me.

Misunderstood is definitely better than Wildflower. Both my contain unimpressive vocal performances, but melody-wise Misunderstood easily wins. Wildflower actually seems a bit "offbeat", but not deliberately. Eg when it goes into the chorus for the second time, it seems as if some words are in places they don't belong.

I don't care if BOF is one of your favourites and one of the ones I loath... but just take 5 minutes to look at their catalogue on the matter of impassioned vocals, I'm sure you'll quickly find at least 20 songs that would rank higher than BOF.

Ah, can we not just accept that Phil is a tad prone to hyperbole and leave it at that?

Wildflower - Vocally, I like the "NOBODY KNOWS", especially during the outro

i agree with ice, bof probly ther worst song imo shouldnt have even made the album i think waste of space. the songs left out should have been put in instead
