really, what could we do now? i don't think we can sue them, i don't know whether this is illegal or not (maybe a lawyer can tell us) but since the album was on the internet for people to pre- order it, what they did is at least all wrong.
i don't know what can be done now... a petition.. and who's gonna read it? who's gopnna give a ****?

Stay Human you can cancell your order as long as it isn't shipped. So you can't sue them because you didn't loose anything.

Hm.... to sue them is a bit too much I think.... You are angry, that's OK, you are allowed to express your feelings. Nothing wrong with that. But don't sue them... they will just laugh at you!

I think the whole Bon Jovi camp needs a good communication training! How to communicate with the Bon Jovi fans and the rest of the world....

If it bothers you so much, just don't buy the album. Cancel your online orders...sign your name up for a petition...do whatever makes you feel better or vindicated.

I hate Bon Jovi for doing shit like this... Sometimes I just get tired of it all. This is exactley why I don't get too excited about a new album...

That's not true. I also said several times that I am dissapointed or can't understand a decision and I'm not banned.

It depens on HOW you say your opinion. The choise of words. When you say they are criminals and should be sued and stuff like that don't wonder that you are banned. You can say your opinion in other words.
