I know it sounds stupid, but they could be sued for this... because they released the tracklist, well, thats a form of advertising isn't it... If you bought a bag of lollies, and on the label read, 150 lollies for $1. And then found only 50 lollies, then they could be done for false advertising... I pre-ordered the CD, believing it would contain 14 tracks...Based on information provided on the OFFICIAL website...

To do what has been done, remove tracks and then cover it all up like this is wrong, and I wouldn't be suprised if it is it illegal!

I know exactly what is going on, the tracks will be released with the box set as EXLUSIVE new tracks...(as someone already mentioned) this is a load of crap, and there is one angry fan sitting right here...

Maybe suing them is a bit extreme. But I'm sure we could make a difference, petition etc. Let them know the fans are NOT happy!
