Dunno why I like it... must be the powerful chorus. This is one of my favorites from the boxset. Solo is pretty good too... fairly long and enjoyable.

...And I know, another song thread. Oh well. I like this song a lot.

Haven't listened to this one in a while. I remember the solo being one of the best on the boxset, gonna have to listen to it again when I get some time...

I know! Let's make a thread for every Jovi song on the General Discussion forum.

Yeah I quite like Flesh and Bone. It's a decent song and a good raw recording.

It's a good way for people to see views on songs other than their own and possibly go revisit it to see if they can hear what they've missed about it.

Flesh and Bone has a loose, almost on the fly quality to it that truly delivers.

For some reason, everytime I hear Thorn In My Side, something about the vibe reminds me of Flesh and Bone.

Not that big a fan of it honestly. Really only listen to it when I go on a Box Set binge.

Flesh and Bone is awesome! The guitar solo absolutely blows the metophorical roof off, and the whole song is refreshingly left-field, especially the melody in the verses. It shows an alternative Bon Jovi, which is great

Its funny you know, because we were walking out of the gym with a friend and he told me right out of the blue "man, what a great song Flesh and bone is". I agree, it's amazing, raw power, great guitarwork, what more could you ask for?
