Limited Edition Tour Dvd 5 Tracks

Hi,

I know that this DVD was released in UK with 5 video performances during 2002. I know Europe use PAL system.

Somebody told me that I can play it in North America in a NTSC system (I live in Canada). In fact, this DVD suppose to be free system and free region!

Is that right???

There are also region free DVD players that will also play all regions and PAL and NTSC. Phillips makes one for about $60.00 USD.

True enough, the picture is nowhere near as good as my Sony. For those discs that the Sony won't play, hower, it's nice to have and not too expensive as a backup. And it beats the hell out of watching on my computers' DVD player.

I haven't come across a single disc that my Sony won't play. But then again, I got "european" version. What comes to cheap models, at least over here there are ones that are cheaper *and* better than phillips.

I haven't had any problems with my Sony either, it was region free when I got it and didn't have to enter a cody or anything when I got it like I have had to do with past ones.
