Default Lip Sync...?

maybe it's just me, ( by the way i used to be a member here a while ago just thought id stop by...) but it seemed quite obvious that there was lip syncing evident in livin on a prayer and hand...whats the deal?

Not likely, but there were additional voices in the background, Jeff Kazee and Bobby Bandiera.

There was definitely no lip-synching going on with Bon Jovi at Live8.

BJ only really lip-sync if they're doing a video or a TV show, like Top Of The Pops.

I think that Brijovi is simply referring to the high notes on Livin' On A Prayer, which have been played from a tape for years, but during the first chorus at Live8 Jon mimed the line, which he doesn't usually.

I didn't notice Jeff Kazee or Bobby Bandiera singing them this time though, though they did so noticeably at the last Borgata show.

Ok not exactly so high but the "Livin' on a Prayer" bit, when Jon extends the mic to the crowd anyway

In 2000 Bon Jovi did IML on top of the pops. I have the video and there was no lip synching. You could tell because Jon's voice nearly gave up half way through and Richie had to help him out.

now i didnt know about the tape during that part so that kind of makes up for it but i watched it again, and it seems pretty evident that sambora isnt singing the "livin on a prayer" part after the whoa whoa part.i dont wanna be nitpicking or anything, its just the thought on them lip syncing pisses me off.
