Yes. It's been a while since I've listened to all that stuff, so from the top of my head:
- Just Older has a different line in one of the verses about Californian air, I think the line after it was different. It was leaked before Crush was released.
- Next 100 Years has the orchestra in the long guitar solo mixed a lot more in the background. It was included on some Japanese compilation disc back in 2000. Good luck finding that one.
- The Radio Saved My Life Tonight starts with the drumbeat as opposed to the guitar intro.
- Two Story Town has a longer intro, the sampled drumbeat runs longer.

The single edit of The Distance has an early fade out and only appeared on the first pressing of The Distance single, the second pressing had the album version. The fade out starts at roughly 3:30.

Nope, it was a U.S. release which made its way to European radio stations due to the massive interest for Bon Jovi. It's available on the advanced promo of Crush, I think. It's where the "There's no Santa Clause" version of Say It Isn't So is also from.
Then there's a CD-R promo which is incredibly hard to find as there's 2 different ones. One for the US market and one for the European market, which has I Could Make A Livin'... on it as well. On the CD-R promo the tracktimes are off on the artwork meaning you actually have to own the promo in order to find out how long the songs are.
Salaam Aleikum,
