There's also I'll Sleep When I'm Dead from Nuernberg 1993. It was a rare B-side on a single back then. I don't know on which release since I only have the track itself, but it defiinitely was on an official single release.

And maybe Homebound Train from Stockholm 2001 needs to be added as well. It was released via that American XS service where the band put out some rare stuff for a short period of time.
