I think its a great song, its different,same with save a prayer which i think is class,top two songs on the album but probably only cause the great songs have been played to death live, on radio or otherwise

I don't think theres a bad track on the Keep The Faith album. Every song kicks ass in my opinion and we wouldn't be complaining if we have got If I Was Your Mother or Little Bit of Soul on Crush or Bounce, because they'd probably be two of the best songs on the album. It's just KTF is so exceptionally good that people tend to see songs like these as weak.

Nope, I find If I Was Your Mother and I Want You weak songs, no matter from which perspective you look at it. You're right about Little Bit Of Soul though, that track would definitely be one of the best tracks on Crush or Bounce. Not only because of the song itself, but because of the performance the band delivers.

I love this song, but I think I've heard Jon saying he wished he never put it on KTF!

i want you is a decent song in my opinion, Bj's ballads since crush have been woeful (apart from open all night, although i realise that its not exactly a popular choice here..!).

I like this song... That's a kinda blues rock... very good!! Actually I think the whole KTF record - except for Wman in Love - is PERFECT

Really you find If I was your mother a weak song?? I like that song, and in my mind it's "important", cause it's the last song with those big 80ies chorus...
Anyway, I still find tha little bit of soul it's good to be the last song in KTF.

Matter of opinion though, but the 'weak' songs on KTF would kick ass on Crush or Bounce in my opinion.
