I didn't think Nirvana were doing concerts in 87. Wasn't Bleach like 89 or something?

Then I sincerely apologise and accept your opinion - too many people pass judgement on this gig because they think its over-hyped due to its size alone when in reality, if they'd been there, they'd realise it was a special concert! 28 songs over 3 hours at any gig is immense and something a little different to the norm!

yes I think Bleach was 89 or very late 88. But Nirvana was around before then. I think Chad Channing joined in 87 and that is when they officially took the name Nirvana, but they've been playing live way before Bleach was released.

Answer:
This sounds suspicious - there is only one version of the box set coming out. The band has no plans of releasing a special version overseas. We can't confirm as this sounds VERY wrong. There is NO LIVE DVD included in the band's box set. We'll check back to see if HMV is spreading wrong info or Japan has decided to completely alter what the band is putting out - but this sounds completely off from the plan.
