Maybe they already thought that it was going to be a "historical" moment for the band. Hyde Park is a great venue and maybe they wanted to film as much as possible just in case they want to do something with it. And the shots from behind were also filmed on the screens during the concert.
Besides that, the Amsterdam Arena is twice as small as Hyde Park, so it wouldn't make much sense to have camera's behind the crowd.
