I tried to order it from them, after I requested if those tracks really were on it, they took it off sale (about 2-3 years ago)

The quality is completely different - suggesting tampering....
ie: a scan of the original cover perhaps

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I guess we'll have to see if it appears in in the HMV or Virgin. I wouldnt buy it off the net

We'll just have to wait and see, because hopefully when it has been released, it may be available in shops, so we can go and look at it.

The DVD will be the same as the Video release and the rare DVD that was released a few months back.

It's not a fake. Amazon UK had it in 1995 and I even found a store with used VHS tapes and the seller told me it was in fact a different show.

The cover is of worse quality because it wasn't scanned at the same time or by the same person. Different JPG quality settings will also account for the smudge look of the first cover. It would be almost impossible to duplicate Jon's handwriting to make such a perfect "fake".

Also I remember seeing an official note back in 1995 which said that Bon Jovi released the limited edition VHS as a special gift for UK fans only. That's why it was only available for sale in UK.

It seems the stores who advertise the new DVD don't know themselves what they are selling. They say thirteen tracks yet they list 19. The 90 minutes claim would be dead on for the 13 track version though. I hope the new DVD is not just a rerelease of the old 13 track DVD. Why would they release it in 2003 again, if it was already released in 1995? If it's the old DVD then I'll have to continue my search for the "lost" UK VHS.
