Default I like both!

I like the studio work as well as the live work. But i habe some favourites though:

better studio version:
- Bad Name
- Bad Medicine
They've got both more power in the studio versions
- Keep th Faith
I don't understand why so many people like it live more then in the studio version. I think it sounds really starved live.
- Lay your Hands on me
This one looses almost all of his power live
- Livin' on a prayer
I don't like that they left out these great keyboard sounds and replaced them with normal piano.
- Blaze of Glory
-
better live:
-Runaway
I like the version on OWN more then the studio version.
-Always
but only the Wembley '95
-Wanted dead or alive
If Richie plays the intro it's really great

I agree with ya Becky, KTF live captivates me so much more live than the studio version! But we've gone over that, lol!
Someone else mentioned Wild In the Streets live too, I love the count off! Nevermind, I just love it whenever Jon counts off! He does it perfectly!
One that noone mentioned yet- Blood on Blood! Not to use the pun or anything, but my blood really gets running & I get the chills whenever I hear a live version of it! I love it so much!

The live songs are way better than the studio versions, all of them! Only problem is, they way they used to play them till '95 they were way better than the studio versions in the new tours ('00 and '01), so if you compare the studio versions to the way they play them now, than I'd say the studio versions are better, but if you compare them to their live-outings before '96, they were way better, ALL of them. And Dan, I Believe has always been better live than on the album (anytime), listen to the '93 versions and you're gonna scream because of the power they put in it then. (yes, it works)

I like almost all of the songs more when they are played live but I like especially Blood on blood and I'd die for you (if it's not the slow acoustic version).

Greetings Becky! Good to see that their are at least SOME all American Bon Jovi fans here. LOL. Anyway............

I find most of the songs to be better live, especially Livin' On A Prayer, It's My Life, She Don't Know Me, I'd Die For You, Just Older, Always, ... So on. Crush has many songs that are best performed live, but New Jersey is good too. All albums rock and all live performances rock. Some may be tiring, but they still rock!
