Did anyone pick-up his BS answer to the solo album question?

At this point there really is no diifference. Then he threw in the word collaboration to cover it up.

I think it was a good choice, a nice link to Status Quo opening Live Aid on a hot July day in London all those years ago....and with so many casual fans in Hyde Park, it got them on side from the off and let them know that it was gonna be a good show.

An obscure Jovi classic would have pleased the hardcore fans but lost the majority of people in the Park, and no one wants to be at a show that starts on a slow note.

Yah, Jon is insane sometimes, and contradictory as well.

Not sure what he said exactly, something like he puts so much effort in the band's stuff that it's pretty much a solo thing with collaboration from the guys?

I wish for the next album to be more of a Jon/Richie/David effort, no help from the outside and no JBJ by himself (unless he writes something in the league of STBI etc.).

Also, sad that there's no Tico or David at the Q&A. I'd like to meet them all if I was there.

This almost confirms that WAN and future albums are more about just Jon and Shanks, and less about the rest of the band. I also think this is the cause of Richie's departure............ Less money for Richie.

A lot of the FC members are absolute pain in the backside, and believe that because they pay £50 per year they are on another level to the rest of us.
We managed to put a fair few of them right back in their places on Friday though!!!!
When we were queuing for the DC entry, there was a small group at the front of the queue (only 8 people in front of us at that time) and they were FC, but didn't manage to get tickets via the FC process. A few more suddenly appeared and they jumped the queue and started a numbering process. When challenged about it by me, they said it was in case the FC let them in once the official FC lot had gone in....... Well that idea went down hilariously with the official FC group organiser who called them crazy and that they would have to go in like the rest of us.
Even funnier was when the DC queue was split into two. This little group all sat where they were, while a few of us others switched to the front of the new queue. The FC bunch were adamant that our queue wasn't valid - and then we got let in ahead of them.

Even in the DC there were some Runaway tour members who told my wife we couldn't stand where we were "because the first 3/4 rows are for Runaway only." They lost that battle too.....

In summary - FC full of plenty of weirdo's including 2 Jon "lookalikes/wannabe's". Got to be embarrassed to go to the effort of looking like him and then standing next to him for a photo.

EDIT: There were some in the FC who were okay......

Not sure money is the reason we don't know that.

I'd like it to be that he left because he wasn't much involved creatively speaking.

That would be an 'ideal' reason for him to go.

Is it because he became lazy and/or didn't care or because Jon's way of doing things is putting his right-hand man on the side?

It's a weird theory though because he's not making less money on the album unless it's going by writing credits. He's still credited as a producer on the album and performing on it.

That is why we get shit songs. I mean, not shit, per say, but it'd be nice if they played the songs that folk like us enjoy, not just the hits.
