When A Blind Man Cries is on iTunes. I just bought it a few weeks ago. The album is actually called Heaven & Earth.
I haven't gotten a copy of the On The Line soundtrack yet, but I was able to find the other 2 you mention on eBay. You Never Really Know is on the Red Shoe Diaries from 1992, and The Banger Sisters soundtrack came out in 2002. There are always Banger Sisters CDs available, and the Red Shoe one pops up pretty regularly. Just make sure you check the track list, because there must have been more than one Red Shoe Diaries soundtrack.
