I never really liked LH, but it has grew on me.
As mentioned elsewhere, the quality and impact of the songs drop dramatically after Any Other Day, the likes of 'Everybody's Broken' & 'Seat Next To You' etc etc just merge into one. Very dull.
Saved by it's bonus/b-side tracks, particularily 'Lonely' which i think is possibly my favourite BJ ballad ever.

Favourite post-2000 albums:

1.Have A Nice Day (Hit after hit, every track is made for radio. Uptempo for the most part, modern relevant production, every track is an anthem)
2.Crush (Some absoloutly fantastic songs, some shockingly bad ones.)
3.Lost Highway (at least THEY sound like they are enjoying it!)
4.Bounce (no passion, boring. Shit production. Feels so cold.)

It's a great album, definately not one of their weakest releases. Much respect for the band after this album and much respect to the album itself.

I still really, really like it. It's probably not as good as I thought it was a year ago, but it is my favourite since TD, and lately, the one I listen to most.

This album could have been even better if tracks like walk like a man and put the boy back in cowboy. In myopinion Walk like a man is one of the best songs they've written since crush.

I don't think I've listened to Seat Next To You, Everybody's Broken, The Last Night, or One Step Closer in months. I don't seem to listen to it all the way through anymore, like I have done with most Bon Jovi albums

I'll listen through today then give it a proper verdict later

Love the first half of the album, but have to agree with the view that after Any Other Day, it gets a bit boring.

I didn't like it when it came out, and I still don't like it. The only decent song on it (for me) is WLOL.

It makes a good bookend tho, along with TLFR.
