While I do not prefer "Open All Night" most of the time, I love all the other songs you mentioned. I even like "All about loving you". These are great songs imo!

Still I'm a bigger fan of their rock songs!

I'm just not able to make a 12-track CD out of these albums. Not only because they have too many important songs that I do not wanna leave out, some of their songs have their right place on their original album and shouldn't be mixed together on a "real" album: I can't see a way of putting "It's My Life", "Everyday", "Bounce" and "Have A Nice Day" together. That just won't fit.

And then I also wonder why the unwritten law says that a Bon Jovi album can't have more than 12 songs. I know Jon believes in the LP-format with an A and a B Side. He said that in particular for the "Bounce" record. But then again, it could open their minds to loose these limitations... it's been the same for the last 7 albums, why not make a change and put 13 or 14 regular tracks on an album? That wouldn't hurt anyone and could really make space for some more experiments. Just my opinion.
