Actually I don't know it exactly. I just read that somewhere and supposed it was the only thing he played and Stuart did the rest of the guitars or at least the rhythm guitar work.

Edit: Found this on the H&E homepage:

Man and Machine featuring Bon Jovi’s Richie Sambora’s signature talk box and slide guitar, all deliberately sounding like it was recorded quite a few yesterdays back."

So apparently it was talkbox plus slide guitar from Richie.
