i get that its a q & a... but wat the hell is an oompa? Ive heard it for so long and have no idea why your calling them that..

The Oompas are the helpers from Willy Wonka from the book Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. I think you'll know that one. The people who answer the questions at BJHQ got that nickname when they were still a bit funny and not the humerous brats they are nowadays.

why do you think there is a Q+ A section on BJ.com ? Probably out of respect for fans , giving them a way to communicate witht he band at times.

Just because a letter isnt answered in the way you want it to be doesnt mean suddnely they have no respect for fans.

Can yo uimagine how many whinging emails they get from fans, give us more info, if they had and could give out the info they would, its not in their interest not to.

Can you imagine how many e-mails they get in which interesting questions are asked about the discography, the charts, the sales of specific Bon Jovi records? And exactly how many of them are left unanswered? About 100%.

Instead, those fan-respecting Oompas decide to bash every fan that asks about the tour by saying THERE IS NO TOUR, STOP MOANING, THERE IS NO INFO. Such a respectful way of answering indeed. Oompas etc do get interesting questions and they answer them, theres no way of knowing how many are interesting and how many are just requests for tour ,album info. Its their Q + A section and I presume they answer it as they see fit.

I am not aware of Oompas commenting on people not being real fans . When we had a big uproar to what the title Bounce , they responded by giving us a poll vote for the title, I think that shows they do listen to their fans opinions. It must be difficult for them to please everyone with so many different types of fans.

That poll was fixed from the get-go. All the other options were stupid.
