You think those songs are pointless? You're missing the message then. Both of Jon's CDs have a lot to say.

True, but that wasn't the question. The question is what song is meaningless to the people on this board - the listeners. Of course it meant something to the writer (although I could point out some songs that were written/composed for MTV only and literally have NO meaning). That is why it is an interesting question, though. I find Captain Crash rather stupid, even though it has great meaning to someone else.

The question was JBJ-songs, not BJ-songs. Crush and Bounce are BJ-albums.

You know she means Bon Jovi when she says Jon Bon Jovi, Christine

Billy get your guns is probably to me the most meaningless JBJ song... Most meaningful is of course August 7. And I think Ugly has a lot of meaning in it aswell.

Of BJ songs... Tokyo road is probably the least meaningless to me (lyrically at least) and most meaningful... Prayer of course.

I don't agree with Ugly being pointless at all. I agree that it isn't the most well put together song, but, if you really listen to the words, it makes you realize that you are your own worst enemy. Everbody has days (or longer) that they feel unattractive, physically or otherwise, and this song reminds me that it's only me beating myself up - my friends and family think I am a beautiful person inside and out - no matter what.

"You'd wish you were as beautiful as you" I love that line!!

I think Love For Sale is pretty pointless, I still dont understand, what its all about

But the most meaningfull song has to be Thank You For Loving Me or Never Say Goodbye, coz when i listen to both songs, they make me think of happy times, and bring a tear to my eye
