I actually really like the song, but I don't think that it's the best choice of singles. I don't know but maybe they (whoever choose for it to be the next single) thought that because it's close to christmas, a softer song will have done well in the chart. But I'm not really sure.
I don't really like the video, but Bon Jovi aren't known for the videos that they have, mostly just the music.
