Caught up with BJs performance this morning, as for some reason MTV UK were running the show on a 1hr delay. Was a good performance, and it was great to see and hear the crowd going mental for IML. Shame they didn't win the best live act, but at least it wasn't Lady Gaga, If Jovi didn't win I wanted it to go to Muse or Linkin Park so at least it was an actual decent live band that won.

Can you tell me how often bon jovi have won 'world/european best live act?' - or whatever it is called, i have been under the impression they have won this more times than anyone else. am i completely wrong here?

They won Best Rock in 1995, were nominated but lost to Take That for Best Live in 1995, nominated but lost to Linkin Park for best live this year. JBJ won best male in 97. Nominated for Best Group, but lost to U2 in 95 and Backstreet Boys in 2000. Crush nominated for best Album in 2000, but lost to Eminem

thanks so (other than the very credible 'best rock) they have never won best live act in the world or anything? who did or who does? has anyone won it multiple times? is this an award given every year?

Richie is far too low in the mix again for my liking (apart from in IML) incidentally, IML was the best i have ever seen it however, it's just getting better and better i think! Talkbox sounded absolutely awesome in it

i think last night's performance was pretty good. i did expect them to throw 'prayer' in by way of a big finish though.
