MTV EMA .....first ever global icon music award for BON JOVI

That's probably the biggest music awards ceremony held in Europe, so it's great they're getting it.

They'll have to perform, I'm guessing it'll be a medley.

it's the biggest european ceremony and it is also very european so it's great news for them ....

for once I will be able to see the guys on tv without begging someone to save it for me ?? wow !!

now what I would really LOVE would be a show a REAL (promo) SHOW for the fans this time not for the media like in london in 2009 nor a tiny show for contest winners

I think it's funny I honestly wonder how much it is not the band that is able to suggest to MTV europe to get an award ...I am very happy they get that award that didnt existed before .. really I am ...but I also wonder if it is really MTV that decided to give bon jovi an award created just for them ...

anyway it's a nice event for european to celebrate

javier to answer your question if it was one I 'd say it's more like often artists make their cd out to fit a good 'rich' period on cd sales (not too much competition) and to fit some sort of awards and other media schedule

Well there are only packages to get access to the event, they're very expensive.
There contest too.
I hope they do some promo, I'g go but only if they did some promo.

agreed i'd go if they are doing a real promo a real show even short but a show with tickets for fans
