Well as I've got coursework to do using it I hardly have a choice. I only started using it a couple of months ago, but haven't done anything more than simple animation yet.

No, people need to learn how to use it properly. Flash isn't just animations, it's a powerful programming tool.

Well we are finally starting to use it for that, or at least learning to do so. We have been assigned virtually the same project as last semster (albeit now solo not group) but we have to start exploring the action scripts and the functionality of the program as opposed to simple animations and such.
