Need some help (about the lyric)

I really love Jon's music. Unfortunately, I met some language problem so I can't fully understand some of the lyric. One of glitch is in Always. What is the last sentence? "Oh, Baby ...... love!". Another is in Lay your hands on me.

Or something along those lines, I can't completely remember. It May be "know you do me", or "no harm", but its that basic idea

I always thought he said, "So come on, check this out" at the end of the LYHOM intro and not "Check yourself" I'm prepared to be wrong but hopefully not as "Check yourself" sounds shit.
