Oh yes. I enjoyed seeing the clips from Central Park in last year's promo, but I did NOT enjoy hearing ILTT over and over during the playoffs.

Speaking of ILTT, I'm not sure I ever reported the latest in the copyright case. Last month, the judge wrote:

"[B]ecause no reasonable juror applying the correct
standards could find that the original elements of the Steele
Song are substantially similar to the Bon Jovi Song or the TBS
Promo, summary judgment will enter in favor of the defendants."

Steele has filed for reconsideration, but I can't imagine it will be granted. After that, I'm sure he'll appeal (in the hopes of making the papers again probably). ILTT really should have been a better song considering all the hoopla!

I've seen Jons hair far worse. Like when in 2005 he looked like he was trying to go back to the 80s.



I may grow to hate this video if every time I go on BJ.com I here "This ones about anyone who does it differently..."

But at the mo it's ok.

If I was more optimistic, I'd say that it sounds like any proper guitar solo that may or may not be in the album version of the song has been specifically mixed out here to allow for the talking over it, and possibly that's the version that has been released to radio, meaning there might be a different mix on the album ... ?

I'm aware that's very much just wishful thinking though

And bah, I am currently sporting a similar style of haircut to Jon's which everyone seems to hate so much ... short at the back and sides, and a couple of inches longer on top. Although, with Jon, it doesn't quite seem to suit the shape of his face, makes his head look really rectangular ...
