I'd agree with all that except that I think there are only 2 truly classic songs, Prayer and Wanted, and like I said earlier both of them sound infinitely better when played live, in my humble opinion.
Bad Name is a classic in the sense that it's famous but I don't think it's anywhere near a classic in terms of quality.
Let it Rock, Raise Your Hands and Wild in theStreets are all cool, fun rock and roll songs but they aren't anything more then that.
The three ballads are ultra 80's as you said and three of the weakest ever written. I still think they are great songs but even All About Loving You (which I'm not overly fond of) is a better ballad then all three of these.
Social disease then is pretty much the worst Bon Jovi song ever.
Slippery is a fun album but it's definitely a rather immature (for want of a better word) album. I think if they re-recorded it live it would come off far better.
This is how I'd rank all the bon Jovi albums and this gives you an idea which era's I prefare:
These Days
Keep The Faith
Destination Anywhere
Bounce
New Jersey
Blaze of Glory
Crush
Slippery When Wet
This Left Feels Right
BIG GAP
7800
Bon Jovi
My top 3 albums are all from the 90's.
