Ice? This is a shock. Yes, it has a different beat and chord progression....but it DOES have similar structure, particularly in the chorus...it not just the lyical similarity. That isn't where I got it and initially before I really sat down and gave it a thorough listen....I said the same as you.

It's definately not a simple edit....I shouldn't have said that. It's basically a hybrid of another song idea and what was eventually used in Sleep When I'm Dead..that much I am absolutely sure of. It begins right at the chorus and I'm going to try to illustrate it:

Sing Sleep When I'm Dead's lyrics over the chorus and it's a bit more clear. It's definately not the exact same song..but there is no doubt it's the same idea morphed.

They'll do at leats some stuff from the 80s.

I'd put a fair bet wanted, prayer and it's my life are goign to be in there for no other reason than any band doing a set when recievign a lifetime achievement award will play the hits.
