Default New Years Resolutions (Bon Jovi Style)!

Hello All,
It's that time of year again when we make those rash statements (usually under the influence of 100 beers lol) about what we are going to do differently next year ie. Give up smoking, lose weight etc.. For a bit of fun I thought I'd pose the question "What is your BJ New Years Resolution"? Is it to see them live 10 times, learn the lyrics to all their songs in Spanish, Collect every bootleg ever produced, get the Bounce logo tattooed on your forehead etc - get my drift? Personally for me as a budding guitarist my BJ New Years Resolutions are to learn the Wanted Intro, see them live at least once (living in Australia that might prove difficult!) and continue to build my BJ collection to epic proportions! Whats yours..............

ok, mine is defenitely not very exciting, but I want to get a cowboy hat like Richie wears when he plays "Wanted". Anyone knows where i can get one?
Getting all the BJ-Bootlegs ever produced would be kinda cool, but also kinda impossible, I guess. I mean they´ve done a lot of shows within the last 20 years So it probably would take a little while to find all those recordings, but still, I can give it a shot!!
Maybe I´ll come up with an more exciting BJ-Resolution on 31st Dec. when I´m "under the influence of 100 beers" :P

I don't know about Richie's hat but Jon once bought a cowboy hat from HELSINKI (the capital of Finland if you didn't know ) and wore it a couple of times on Crush tour.

I have no special BJ-resolutions, except that I'm going to see them live at least 7 times and collect all these bootlegs. I'm not a big collector of bootlegs, I don't have the time to listen to all of them anyway, but I try to get all the shows I've attended.

Richie's hat isn't for sale. It is a custom made hat that only he and Stevie Ray Vaugn owns. But he is currently working with Stetson on a Richie Sambora signature hat. Let's hope it is THE hat. It is a Stetson so there's a little chance. I'd love to get one, too.

I don't have any resolutions for the next year.

yours
Christine

My resolution is to meet Jon. Ok, OK, impossible it may seem but I missed out TWICE already and I figure the third time is a charm. The first time was right after Runaway came out, my cousin got to meet him and asked me to come along. I said no. Hey, I was only like 10 at the time and thought Jon was some big hairy dork. Boy, was I stupid. Then came the concert for NY. My brother is a NY Fireman and got tix at the last minute. He wanted me to go, but I was too afraid to meet him in the city. Well....he got backstage and into the afterparty and guess who he meets...Jon and Richie. At least I got to talk to them on the cell phone. I missed my chance again though. This year I am determined to do it. Hey, I was born in Sayreville, went to Sayreville High, live in Jersey, how hard can it be?? Probably VERY!! LOL A girl can dream though.

Hey, at least you got to talk to them on the cell phone... I would only dream of that!!! My resolution is to listen to more Bon Jovi and get others into Bon Jovi. I already listen to Bon Jovi everyday, but I would like to listen to them a little more! On the subject, getting new Bon Jovi fans is always great.. I am friends with a lot of punks, and skaters... They are into Green Day, New Found Glory, and Blink 182.. I listen to Bon Jovi around them and occasionally they can sing a song or ask to listen, so I let them because getting a skater to enjoy Bon Jovi could be the start.. If I could get a skater to like Bon Jovi, hell, I could get many others that you wouldn't think!!!!

BOUNCE,
Ryan

I want to get a leather shirt shirt like what Jon wore for the home coming gig of the OWN tour. This has been shown on TV a few times over here in the UK, and I think Jon looked really good in that shirt with dark jeans, and no doubt I would do too. The only problem is that I'm likely to pay around £100 for one of those.

I have no Bon Jovi New Years Resolution, and won't be under the influence of 100 beers either :P
I do have a New Years Eve goal though. I'll stay up till sunrise, and when it begins to rise I'll take a swim in the back yard...

To Taija:
Living here in Indo is so much better than Finland...I truly pity you.
The Only thing better about Finland is the freedom of walking around Helsinki (here you gotta drive everywhere, such a big city) And of course the Finnish candy...Pantterit ja Salmiakki c täälta ei kyllä saa niitä mistään....Amerikassa onli sentään pieni kauppa jossa myytiin Suomalaista Karkkia... Yet, I still pity you.
