ridiculous really... and thats directed more at the bon jovi fans who actually buy a ticket.

Would you buy $1000 in shares in Tico's baby clothes company if it meant you got a chance to meet him? I'm sure there would be plenty of mugs who would! the mind boggles sometimes...surely money is better spent elsewhere. Have you bjcrazycpa not spent enough this tour on Jon, seeing multiple shows in both sides of the world etc? But then again, you've probably (hopefully?!) got the money to spend $1000s so i guess im just jealous! Where do we draw the line?

This has made me wonder.... If I had the means to do it, would I have deferred from uni this semester and followed Bon Jovi around the world?

I've been a Soul season ticketholder since the team began (I was the accountant for the North Carolina team which is now no more). And yes, it's expensive, but since it's charity and I like that it's going toward rewarding kids and getting them to games, etc., I'm fine with that amount. And yes, I do have the money or I would not be going. Plus, yes, the tax deduction is always good.

I draw the line if I don't have the cash. I don't do any of this stuff on credit.

What more annoys me is Backstagers who don't have a job and live off the government, yet can go to every European show in GC, while I can only afford two in GA.

I don't know, but a friend of mine somehow manages it.

Oh yes, there are some for sure, and it's crazy. I work hard and make a very good salary this amount in no way sets me back.
