Yeah, Richie was really stiff and looked like he was trying to act in that skit, but everyone has to start somewhere. He can learn if he wants to.

I thought he looked uncomfortable and over-rehearsed until they broke out the wigs. Sometimes he has the same effect on talk-show interviews like Jay Leno and Regis and Kelly. There was one where he was talking about meeting Jon for the first time and he said that he went to see Jon Bon Jovi & The Wild Ones, and asked if that was the right name. It looked so fake, especially since he's told the same story 200 times before. But, he'll build up a comfort level the more he does things and that will come through.

i guess you are right becky
i think he should do whatever makes him happy.
he doesn't really need the money anyway.
if he acts for fun, thats fine.
if he decides to stick with his music, i'll be even happier

I'm sure he wouldn't do it for the money. Jon has said he makes a lot more money doing ONE concert than he would spending 4 months on a movie set. Their money is from the songwriting and concerts more than anything else. Acting is for the joy and excitement of doing something different.

Well, I'd rather he'd steer clear of acting. But if I had to choose, I think he'd do well in a comedy
