some fan club member felt so happy to boast of spending $7500 for few shows this tour

you would make a great fox news reporter,its not just about bon jovi they are other artists mentioned in the article too.The thing is she is happy that she spent that much on at least 6 shows all vip packages..Also for those who couldnt be bothered reading it ,the article is not about Bon jovi fan club but about vip pricing packaging in general and what other artist are doing to boost profitability of shows including meet and greet's for a price etc

I thought it was a well written letter except for following sentence , it just sounded like he was being to low and picky......

Couldn’t they at least give us Hugh (the guy who has played bass on every bj record but jbj refuses to be a part of the group)?

"A friend overheard one of the crew guys referring to the fan club as the “fat club”…

I had to LOL majorly....LOL. Good point. Love the FC, love JBJ, but pretty much hilarious comment.

It is a bit upsetting to know some of those details. I couldn't help but notice that more than 2/3rds of the audience in the Circle knew less then 3-4 songs. There are much more deserving fans who should be up close but the rich people get them.

There is an indepth article in the new Rs about tours and promoters and how AEG and Livenation are continually trying to one up each other by offering bigger guarantees etc to the A list acts and then having to keep upping the price of tickets and offer more and more VIP packages etc...... in order to make up the money they are guaranteeing artists. It's the one with Keith Richards on the cover.

Great reporting. It says all 3 sold out shows. Far as I can tell, not 1 of them is sold out yet.
