Thierry, if ZDF is gonna air the show, then you will be able to see it in Holland as well. I don't know why MTV Holland isn't airing the concert. But on tuesday Tooske at MTV news said they couldn't show the Times Square show because it was too expensive and it had to do with broadcast rights?
