I am watching the rebroadcast on tv and I can see the point about Jon's voice.Simple solution to the debate over Jon's voice. Do not go to another Concert again. As set lists go I too hate the same ole encores but they are still one of the best bands out there.Go Jovi.

That was on excellent show!

I agree the ending sucked. Bad.

But the rest of the show was excellent! They were all on top form last night!

Have to agree that Jons voice wasn't too hot - some of the time, there were times he surprised me by hitting notes and sounding great, but a lot of times I cringed a bit. (not just Jon either, the harmonies seemed strained) and please Jon.. work on your pronunciation lol, Im fed up of hearing stuff like 'wegonnaholontowhatwegotinnoesntmakeadifferneceiwe makeitnnnot' is that to take it easy on his voice or what? I find it annoying and I think he's getting worse with it.

That said though, what a completely satisfying gig setlist wise, I was thrilled that almost every other song was new rather than the same old setlist with one or two box set tracks. Tico's performance was good cos it was so unusual (and Jon played drums lol) Richie was great on IBTFY, wish he'd sung his box set track tho, and man what a shame not to have heard Dave do a solo.

I havent got the box set yet (today please Mr Postman!) so to hear all those songs was a joy, and I thought they pulled off the new ones far better than the old familiar stuff.

Overall Im happy, the setlist did it for me without question.

Hey Goose!
Just wanted to comment on this remark. I was there. The crowd was certainly not crap. I just think you couldn't hear it on the broadcast. We were VERY loud!

There were a lot of people crammed on the floor. No one was sitting. Everyone was up and moving as much as they could Goose. Maybe they were showing the people in the risers on the webcast. I didn't look in the back, so have no idea what went on back there. LOL

Did we listen to the webcast to hear the band or the crowd?? I would have been pretty pissed if all I got to hear was a bunch of screaming fans over the music. I am sure that they blocked a lot of it out.

I agree Brooke. I think they muted the sound of the crowd a lot, because on the floor it was deafening LOL!
