I kinda did a double-take at the inclusion of SITT in your list because, while he's sung it with the band, it's technically not a Bon Jovi song. But then I thought about it and realized it actually might have been, had Jon been willing to share the lead vocals and allow songs on the albums that he didn't write. It was co-written by David, and Dave and Tico played on it, so I'd say that's pretty close.
I've never thought of it like that, but you're right. I was just listing the songs that I could remember Richie doing with Bon Jovi. There is at least one version that features Jon I believe, but only on acoustic guitar. Maybe from Count Basie one year?

Yeah - Count Basie 93 is the version they released, and it has Jon on acoustic. But he stayed on stage and played it during the 95 tour too, but stopped doing so in 1996?

He stayed on the stage in 1996 as well, there's a video of the last show in Helsinki where he states that he wished to have written that song and then played his telecaster in the background while Richie performed it with the band.

Oh wow. I'd never seen this. Thanks for mentioning it. (Now if you could just perform some of your magic on the video quality of this one! 😉 )

This is one of my all time favourite concerts, I can pretty much do the These Days speech word by word I think And it's definitely far up on the list of planned remasters

Crazy to see Jon smoking while Richie sings. What an idiot.

During that show, Jon was even smoking while singing himself.

I love this song and I love Bon Jovi's version.

So cool to see Jon doing backing vocals to Richie. There is any other song he ever did that?

Since we've been talking about The Circle a lot these days, here's a multicam of Thorn In My Side:
