It’s been posted to death here but … The O2 run was probably Jon’s peak post 2001 voice-wise. Even Richie is surprised by it. He constantly looks at Jon and smiles. Jon realizes he’s nailing it and goes for it on the last “Ain’t nobody left but us these days” … and the whooos at the end are great as well.
It’s hard to believe that was 12 years ago. Miss this band.
