Jon was on absolute fire during KTF, Saturday Night and IBTFY, just to name a few. The sound quality of the video is pretty muddy at first, but it gets better as the show goes along.
That should be around in much better quality by now.
I gotta admit that I never really listened/watched it. From the top of my head St. Louis and New Jersey (2000) were my favourites from the US tour. I know they technically still were labelled as Crush tour, but the setlist structure and the stage were already quite identical to this one.
In Europe Munich and Milton Keynes are probably the leaders for the 2001 shows.

Simply due to the harmonies and the change of lead vocals near the end:

I really love this song done acoustic.. anyone know what kind of tuning and chords are on the guitar?

What about Toronto 2000?

For me, Cologne was the best show of the European leg (I used to think it was Munich, but just a couple of weeks ago I decided to check THIS out - and yes, THIS was better):

Gotta watch that one first
About Munich - the way the show evolved that night was just epic and if there was a good bootleg of the night (full show), it'd probably be rated higher. During the show a thunderstorm erupted and the first flashed and rain drops started to come when the band was playing Something To Believe In which lead Jon to look up to the sky with a big grin. Afterwards he is said to have gone crazy in the pouring rain, adding more and more songs to the encores on the spot.
Someday I'll be Saturday Night was a truly remarkable rendition (I think it was before the rain came):
At the beginning of Prayer, you can see how the rain was pouring at that point (0:15-0:30):
After that one (had been the third encore), the band was about to leave the stage, but Jon grabbed his guitar, shouting at them to return and they did a great rendition of I'll Be There For You (released on the 2010 NJ edition):
Just the sheer dynamics of how the show progressed make me wish I had been there!

On the Milton Keynes 2001 bootleg, Richie’s vocals are super high in the mix. The harmonies are mesmerizing. Gave me chills.
