Jon completely f***s up the "Ain't nobody left but us..." part, but the energy and passion he puts into the performance as a whole is stunning. However, in terms of his vocals, there are many better ones from 2010-11 - with the best example (at least for me) being this:

He really hits EVERY SINGLE NOTE - including ALL the "Oh no no's" on ALL the choruses - and even goes for an extra "Ain't nobody left but us..." at the end of the song, which is something I don't remember him having done anywhere else but in Vancouver 2011 in addition to the version above:

EDIT: The guys also delivered an amazing rendition of STBI in Vancouver. Even though it wasn't quite as epic as the Sydney one, the last long note was incredible, and Jon turning around to cough afterwards was a priceless moment!

There might've been a few single ones that edged out Frankfurt, but there it was the combination of Bed of Roses, Keep The Faith, Lay Your Hands On Me, Damned and These Days on such a high level (passion and vocals) that made it so special.
I also regard Damned from Toronto 2010 as a better performance because Jon was so into it:
