Great performance!

This version was included in the SWW 2010 re-release as one of the bonus live tracks supposedly from SWW tour. While "SWW tour" gave me chuckles I remember listening to it thinking how strong Jon sounded and thinking "well, it's not 1986, but at least Jon sounds like the same guy, even if older, like he does on the previous songs" (which was Bad Name from 1988 and acoustic Wanted from 1995). Boy, how things have changed since then.

I have 2 copies of that complete boxset. One compliments of Terri (Thank You Terri) and neither of them says a word about this version of Prayer being from the Central Park Concert. They just say Live. I was at that Central Park concert and I have to say I listened to these versions and didn't identify it. So thanks to Dominik who figured it out.

As far as soundboards from Central Park go, here is what I have. Let me know if I missed any?

Prayer
Blaze
ITA
IML
WGIGO
Whole Lotta Leaving
Snippets of Bad Name, Lost Highway, Born To Be My Baby (these don't really count but I'm sure someone will reply about it so I'm just better off listing them now)...

This is very interesting, thanks guys.

Is there a definitive list of the source of all the 2010 Live bonus tracks?

Thanks

Yeah I also don't get why they couldn't just add the information to the songs. All we can do is guess and compare to bootlegs.
With this one, it was rather easy because Tico didn't play his signature drum spin at the end of the song after 2006 anymore and since Jon talks about New York City and the song fades out (instead of actually ending like on both MSG shows where it was the last one), I figured it had to be from the Great Lawn Furthermore, Bon Jovi are lazy and they had that material prepared anyway (ITA on the KTF release is also from there), so it was their obvious choice.

I think there is a thread somewhere on here where we also tried to piece together where they recordings were from.

I remember being absolutely stunned by it. Have never been the biggest fan of Bed of Roses, but my cousin said after the show: "On Bed of Roses, you saw the difference between singing a song and SINGING a song."
When he belted out the "I got nothing to prove..." part, I couldn't believe my ears
