Jon's birthday that day.

Very good IBTFY version. The ending of it is similar to how he screams it out loud in Philadelphia 1989, it's more of a whistle this time though.

Yeah those performances were just 6 days apart, so it's to assume they're similar
The Bad Medicine rendition was crazy with Jon not realizing that all musicians of the opening act, a load of hot chicks and a giant cake had been brought up on stage and then he sang Shout between them all and a sea of balloons that fell down from the ceiling. Kinda cool
