The one on the NJ re-release was so disappointing as it was more an outtake than demo. This version, the leaked version is much better.

The chorus and bridge are definitely in his upper range nowadays so I'd figure he'd do better on JO than the slaughterhouse that is Captain Crash or BWC.

Maybe, but I think Jon's clipped breathing technique would greatly affect his ability to control his voice on those parts of the song. He'd probably be out of key and breath a lot of time there as well.
