I'm wonder if maybe exists the song complete with lyric…. because could be the instrumental version of an outtake from WAN sessions or could be just a instrumental part for Avon….

Which actually says a lot about Bon Jovi's current music when it could so easily be mistaken for a song off WAN or another album of that time frame

The BOR solo was extended when Jon said "2 times more" as he was dancing with a woman.

Yeah now i've read that is stock background music composed by Pierre Perez-Vergara, but is incredible how the background music reminds the sound of WAN album...
