Wow this is rare, thanks for sharing! Perhaps the only time Jon sang In These Arms live in original key, right? He understandably struggles at some parts, but it's a very impressive effort nonetheless, even if it's pitchy at times. Sucks that the broadcast ends during Richie solo and we don't get to see Jon try the high "baby" note before the last chorus.
