"She’s A Mystery I wrote, believe it or not, at a songwriter’s retreat. I was invited to the South of France at what was truly a castle in the middle of nowhere and it became one of the truly great writing. You would sit in a room with 2 other people and develop a song - not for you, not for them, for the wind, just to see what would happen, and you were forced to demo that song that day. So it was almost like a test, could you or could you not. I got up really early at dawn, picked up my guitar started playing and came up with this progression and that title and started writing it so that when we walked in there that day we knocked it out in ten minutes. The song turned out so well that it actually made the band record which is not like us to do anything like this."

If you're excited about a song you don't let it sit for 3 to 4 years. Kinda stands to reason it was 1998 right before the writing sessions for Crush (or during? Not sure when it started. Richie came to Rome while Jon was filming U-571 so that might predate most things)

I mean, relatively speaking, it's not that bad. Are the vocals doctored?

Nice job with the Video. What source did you use for audio? This one is pretty decent especially if you remastered.

That seems to be that CD bootleg that was dubbed to the DVD back then, just that it was more maxed out on the DVD. But I wouldn't use anything from that SOB of a channel if my life depended on it.

Back then, I thought that sources with audio from pressed CD Bootlegs were always better whereas they actually are quite ****ed up most of the time. Well, during the streaming a fan contacted me and told me he had recorded this himself and offered me a copy. So at least my collection has the proper one again.

"They" are not pulling these songs from anywhere. These performances are basically uploaded on the official Bon Jovi YT channel automatically as unofficial releases featuring old TV and radio broadcasts of the band's performances get released on Spotify etc. from time to time (and usually get removed after some time). The band has nothing to do with this stuff, they most likely haven't given their permission for it to be released, and I'm pretty sure these videos will be taken down as soon as Mercury/UMG finds them.

Surely the artwork alone is a clue that these are not being uploaded by official sources.
